Centrally located and easily accessible by metro, 42 degrees is not eco-friendly only because it is plant-based.
The owners chose to source their ingredients, mainly (95%) from organic producers and favor locally produced ingredients when they can.
The restaurants was thought around the bistronomy concept, and proposes a short seasonal menu, with daily changes for lunch.
On Sunday’s head there for a 100% plant-based brunch.
