This restaurant, headed by Chef Jean Georges Vongerichten, is mainly vegan and vegetarian.

The concept of this eatery open in 2017 is to offer plant based, non gmo and sustainable dishes in the heart of New York City.

Produce are sourced locally as much as possible, and directly from family owned farms.

Options for flexitarians exist.
