This bistrot open in 2011 as a vegetarian café is 100% plant-based since 2013.

Located close to the Bastille Metro, this small eatery attracts plant-based food lovers daily for lunch, or brunch on the Sundays.

The motto : a simple but healthy menu, cooked fresh of the day with a majority of organic products.

The owners welcome you in their colourful bistro to taste a healthy cuisine, or share a fair-trade or organic drink. Gluten and lactose free options are possible on the menu, which changes daily.

The Café Ginger also has adopted a low waste approach since it’s opening, with biodegradable packaging and cutlerty for the take-away.

Low food waste is also part of the philosophy with a doggy bag option systematically proposed for those who can’t finish their meal.
