Company Description

Highly Locavore, the restaurant l’Epick is located in the 9th district of Lyon. Most of the products, used to serve seasonal dishes, are sourced within a radius of less than 50 km.

As a general rule, nothing in the restaurant has travelled more than 175 km. This applies not only to what is served at the table, of course, but also to everything around it. Priority is given to local producers and craftsmen, whether for cooking, tableware or work equipment. A local architectural firm designed the décor, which is both clean and warm.

For exceptions, such as sea fish and spices, the chef sources his supplies from local platforms or traders. They all share the desire to offer sustainable products, working directly with the producers to guarantee fair and ethical cuisine.

A pure product of multiculturalism, the American-Italian chef has made his mark with the greatest chefs and offers a cuisine inspired by French gastronomy, with touches of exoticism from all over the world.

Local poultry is spiced up with a paprika cream, while candied parsnips are accompanied by a nutmeg butternut.

The Epick does not forget vegetarians, with always at least one dish on the menu for them.

And the final good note, is that gourmets willing to take away their dish can too.
