This sustainable eatery in the heart of Covent Garden was part of Top 20 2018 restaurants listed by the Sustainable Restaurants Association Food Made Good Awards.
The menu is 85% plant based, but flexitarians will also find sustainably catched fish and ethically raised meat. All produce are supplied from the UK.
Dishes are all dairy free, no added sugars or artificial ingredients.
Filtered water is free, food waste is reduced to it’s maximum, and all packaging are compostable.
