In the heart of Paris, in the eleventh district FIEF (Fait Ici En France) meaning Made Here in France opened end of 2019.

A fine dining restaurant, set in an elegant and natural decor, whose ambition is to serve dishes created exclusively with produce from France and if possible within a 200 km radius door to door.

Vegeterians, Vegans and Flexitarians will discover dishes that highlight the french terroir, promote sustainable agriculture, organic and seasonal produce as well as organic and natural wines.

Dishes are always beautifully presented and the recipes designed by the will convince the most demanding palates.

Dinner can be shared in the form of a plate-to-share style or in a more gastronomic dinner. setting with a “blind” menu tasting experience.
