Company Description
Hank Burger Rochechouart in the 9th district of Paris is an excellent alternative to traditional burger joints for those who have a plant based diet.
It is the second Hank restaurant in Paris dedicated to Burgers.
In a wood/metal décor brightend with yellow, vegetarians and vegans can come and have a good time sipping an organic drink or sitting down in front of a burger menu with an evocative name. Here, the buns are vegan and made to order, the steak is made of tofu, mushrooms, rice, cereals and spices, all organic. Vegetables are of the day and sauces are prepared on site. </p>
What are you going to prefer: the wrestler and her mustard sauce, the fig and rocket robber, or the tourist, the special of the house that varies according to the mood of the cooks? You can choose from 5 formulas, all available in small or large appetite versions. The restaurant has developed  its own veganaise to replace mayonnaise and offers homemade desserts, including a very successful carrot cake.
As for drinks, Hank is not to be outdone, cola is organic and fair trade, as are bionades.
