First and foremost, the eatery is an associative restaurant, whichs first ambition is to help unemployed or people wanting to change orientation to have a place to impulse their new life. The restaurant helps them through trainings, jobs and support.
The ethics of the restaurant also are widely present on the menu and the way this canteen is run.
Mostly plant-based, the menu is based only on local and organic products. Fair-trade products for those that come from far away like coffee and spices.
The menu changes according to the seasons and is simple, tasty and affordable. The motto is to offer healthy and eco-friendly food.
