Ferme de la Ruchotte was created by Fred Ménager, a chef who chose to raise the animals for the menus he designs.
Fréd Ménager has worked in reknown houses in the world of gastronomy to become a talented chef, who only prepares authentic and tasty dishes.
To achieve excellence, he decided to set up his restaurant on a traditional and certified organic farm, in order to produce according to his own requirements.
Faithful to his commitment to nature, he honours forgotten breeds that contribute to the maintenance of biodiversity.
Everything you’ll eat here, is organic and local.
- The meat served to you comes from animals that have been raised on the farm, with respect for animal well-being.
- Fruits, vegetables and herbs are almost all grown on site, with no use of chemicals or pesticides.
- The other produce: honeys, cheeses, wine… come from local producers, all committed to the same organic approach.
You will rediscover the taste of the good dishes prepared on your grandparents’ table or get to know flavours that are still unknown to your palate.
Only one menu per day, dictated by the season and the maturity of the products and declined in 5 services.
As at home, the host serves all his guests at the same time, as the dishes are being prepared.
