La Table du Caviste Bio is located at 55, rue de Prony, in the 17th district of the French Capital, close to Parc Monceau is a house imagined by an organic wine expert and a Japanse Chef.

Junko Kawasaki offers a fusion cuisine that blends traditional French products with Japanese cuisine.

Here, organic farming accounts for more than 80% of the composition of dishes and 100% of the choice of wines.

This gives the surprising combination of sushi and ginger eggplant, mackerel and coriander or chicken and garlic gyozas. Gyosas are these delicious Japanese raviolis, steamed and grilled on top.

Everything is homemade, starting with the bread. The menu regularly evolves to reflect seasonal products and market arrivals.

For wine, let yourself be guided through a list of 250 organic or biodynamic wines, all selected by Dominique Bry himself. They only originate from vineyards that he knows and whose production respects nature.

The refined setting of the large room contributes to the well-being of the guests.
