The owner of “Le Bichat”, Augustin Legrand is famous in france for his engagement against poverty and his commitment to preserving the environment.

This cooperative restaurant, opened with member’s of his family has only one leitmotiv. Offering affordable healthy menus for everyone.

The concept is pretty easy, on the menu every day a bowl with a common base, that you can customize depending on your diet preferences.

You’ll eat for less than 15 euros in a cantine atmosphere on large wooden tables.

100% of the produces cooked here are organic, but most importantly sourced from local producers. Wines, though not local are organic or natural.
