This is not coincidence, because the Botaniste, promote healthy and 100% plantbased cuisine.

Meals that are good for your body and for the planet. 

It so much part of the values, that you won’t be handed a menu to choose your meal but a prescriptions list.

Packed with homemade , 100% plant based and 99% organic (salt can’t be) dishes.

Traditional recipes are revisited in a veggie friendly way that even meat lovers  will die for.

In addition to being 100% vegan and vegeterian friendly, unless otherwise stated on the menu, the dishes are mostly gluten-free and drinks are organic or fair-trade; wines are biodynamic or natural.

As for the planet : food waste is limited to a maximum, all take away containers are compostable and the restaurant is certified carbon neutral by CO2 Logic.
