This restaurant in the 10th district of Paris, was founded from the combination of a passion for exquisite products and ethical awareness.
The three founders decided to oppose the big soulless machine of the mass-market distribution and to work solely with small producers who, like them, believe that it is possible to eat well while respecting the environment.
They select the best products at the right price from producers whose work is in line with their predefined and very quality charter.
The key word: products grown and raised in a sustainable way, in accordance with the seasons, respecting nature and animal welfare.
The result: a menu that changes every day, according to the seasons and inspiration, where the products are the stars of the plate and the producers are all French and passionate.
