Morgan and Patrick have set up their vegan restaurant in Paris, in the second district.
Passionate about the environment and healthy food they imagined a fun and inventive concept. If some still needed to be convinced that making healthy food choices is not boring, they’re definitely here to prove it.
The concept is to make you build your own plant base burger which will be freshly made to order: choose between three types of bun, add your garnish, a side dish and a drink.
All the ingredients are organic and, to limit your burgers carbon footprint, essentially produced in the country.
