Located at 21, Rue Le Peletier in the 9th district of Paris, PH7 équilibre serves menus designed with your food balance in mind.

In chemistry, Ph7 represents the neutral value, between acidity and alkalinity.

Too often, our diet is made up of acidic foods, which are not balanced by alkalis, such as seeds, cereals and pulses. Our good health depends on this balance.

The idea is to combine the food according to its acido-basic qualitie.

Like it’s sister restaurant, PH7 équilibre in rue du temple, head there for brunch, lunch or dinner in a flowery setting.

4 different formulas are proposed, where organic and local produce are combined to form a balanced dish.   The restaurant is vegetarian and also offers vegan options. Gluten-free versions are available and the staff will advise you on the possible presence of allergens.

For the details of your plate, you will have to wait until you get there, as the ingredients are freshly bought every morning, and the menu decided depending on the market.
