Located on Boulevard du Temple on the border of 3^rdand 11^th districts of Paris, PH7 équilibre is one of the two PH7 équilibre locations where food balance is a priority.

Our well-being depends essentially on our balance, whether it is that of the mind or that of the body.

Entering PH7, is first a world of colours, where the products presented are organic, seasonal and locally sourced.

The plates are made of freshly cooked products, combined to respect the acid-base balance of your body.

All your senses will be awakened to make your meal a moment of pleasure.

First, the view, with a range of colours to wet your appetite: the green of salads or herbs, the red of carrots or beets, the white of celery or apples. Smell then, with the use of herbs and spices. As far as taste is concerned, you will enjoy balanced dishes cooked with Indian and Mediterranean inspiration.

The goal: to balance the acidity of certain foods with the alkalinity of others in order to bring the body to the balanced PH zone.

At Ph7 Equilibre, between 11 am and 3 pm, you can treat yourself to a full lunch or brunch.
Desserts are not forgotten; carrot cake or chocolate cake contribute to the pleasure and fresh fruit or vegetable juices accompany the meal.

Temple Restaurant is also open on Friday and Saturday evenings.

Among the 7 values of the restaurant, in addition to the food balance, the use of fresh and organic products from producers located less than 200 km away, the respect for the environment, through the use of organic cleaning products and recyclable & phthalate free packaging.
