When the two owners of this restaurant realised that 40% of the fruits and vegetables did not reach the consumer because of their “ugly” looks; they decided to give them a second life in their restaurant.
Simone Lemon, has a total zero waste philosophy. All eadible parts of the veggies are cooked.
In form of a buffet, the customers pay by weight, and as such, only pay for what they want to eat.
Sourcing mainly local products from the Ile-de-France region, Simone Lemon, is open for lunch during the week and brunch on saturday’s and sundays.
