Soeurs, is the name Emilie & Mathilde, 2 sisters chose for their restaurant open early 2019 in the 8th district of Paris.
This ecofriendly canteen was created with the ambition to serve only homemade dishes all prepared with seasonal and organic products. The produce are in majority sourced from ile de france producers and the menu changes every day.
Open from breakfast til early evening, soeur restaurant is an ideal stop for a lunch break or a coffee, brewed by Mathilde a barrista trained in the french’s capital caféothèque.
Open for brunch on saturdays, the restaurant offers several vegan options from starter to dessert, organic and natural wines and freshly pressed juices.
