With its 100% vegeterian concept, the food truck owner, vegetarian herself, changes her menu daily using only organic and seasonal produce.

A majority of them being from local suppliers.

Freshly made pastries complete this affordable lunch option where you can eat at the terrasse of the food truck, or take your food to go.

All packaging used to serve the customers are made of eco-friendly, biobased or recycled material.
