Looking for a plant based lunch break in Paris ?
Say hello to Wholwood, a recently opened fastgood restaurant in the french capital.
Whether you’re in the mood for a take-away or even a catering service for your office, Wholywood’s positioning is to serve vegan food that brings you a smile.
On the menu of this organic fast-good restaurant, you’ll find dishes for lunch, mornings bowls and snacks. 3 lunch formulas, accompanied with fairtrade coffees that are worth tasting.
The promise : affordable organic plant-based food. A majority of the ingredients on the menu are from organic farming sources.
Wholywood also follows an ecofriendly approach in its daily operations and specifically on the management of its organic waste (composted by a partner), tries to avoid food waste and limits plastic on site.
For takeaway sales, the packaging are all biobased and compostable. The actions is pushed a little further, through their sales of reusable bentos and water bottles on site, but also systematic discounts for customers who come with their own containers (cups, water bottles or lunch boxes)
As you will have understood, we don’t really like plastic here, so the second approach to limit it is in water management. No bottles are sold and water fountains are available for customers.
